At Reed’s Compounding Pharmacy, we customize medications to best suit your pets’ needs. We are able to customize medications in capsules, transdermal gels and flavored suspensions that are desirable and easy to administer. We even make medicated treats! Animals often need customized medications as they can be quite particular about what they will ingest. Cats can be extremely hard to medicate. In those cases some medications can be applied transdermally to the inside of the cat’s ear. Compounding also allows veterinarians to treat your pet with medications that may not be available through mainstream pharmacies. We also offer a wide selection of retail veterinary medication and over-the-counter products.
